Despite what you may have heard bad credit personal loans after bankruptcy are available from some companies. Sometimes in fact some companies will offer them as little as 30 days after the bankruptcy discharge.

You see these companies rely on the fact that no individual after filing bankruptcy can do so again until seven years have passed and sometimes even longer.

So these companies are willing to do business with these people simply because they have a legal way to recover their investment in the future should things go bottom-up.

Even though many of the larger boys in this industry are simply not interested in this market these other generally smaller companies are taking the market very seriously.

At the time of writing to my knowledge there are no laws in place to stop people from taking on these loans, even though people are required to go to counseling lessons they are not actually forced to follow-up on everything they are told.

This means that there should be nothing to stop someone from searching out financial support in the source of a loan once they have discharged their bankruptcy.

Although bankruptcy records are open to the public, and their availability is often seen as an embarrassing punishment for ignoring past responsibility, the availability of bad credit personal loans after bankruptcy has many taking that route to get out from under a heavy debt load.

In fact some of these people who are not so fortunate end up going from one bankruptcy to the next every seven years. Even today with the new bankruptcy law in place this still happens.

No laws to stop you from getting a bad credit loan

At the time of writing there are not any laws in place to stop the individual from applying for these loans. There is however many laws to control those who offer the loans in the first place.

Many folks take out these loans despite the well-known fact that they come with very high rates, even folks who have been through multiple bankruptcies in the past still very often take them out.

Lenders who offer these loans are generally set to make a profit even if the loan goes into default because of the legal recourse they have available to them in this situation which can include wage garnishment. In fact it is normal when applying for these loans do not even need collateral!

You see when someone defaults on one of these loans a court ordered repayment is commonly granted right away for however much the loan comes to, plus all costs involved with the collection of the loan.

Either way you are strongly advised to consult your lawyer on anything relating to this as bankruptcy and these kinds of loans are to be taken very seriously, also like in all markets there are scams to be avoided so you must check out any deal you are interested in very closely.

I am a poor college student around the Chicago area and I need to make some money. I know that people make good money modeling for all kinds of things and that good models are not a dime-a-dozen.
I don’t mean this to be vain, but I think I do have a body that is suited for modeling. Even compared to models that I see in magazines I think I have a comparable body. I am about 5′11” 185, muscle everywhere, low body fat, ripped abs etc… (drug-free bodybuilder type) again, I don’t mean to sound vain, I just want to know how I can cash in on my body type, which I consider to be a rare commodity. I never intended to try and look good to become a model, my body is just a result of my years of training as a fighter, but I know that I can also get paid for how I look. All I need to know is how??
I have tried to research it myself but I don’t have any money for an agent or anything, I have no money to invest in it, that’s the whole reason I want to do this, to MAKE money. I also don’t have time to do this like a career. I am a busy guy as it is, and to be honest I am not the least bit interested in becoming a professional model. If such a place exists that I can just show up, get my picture taken and take home some cash for it, that would be great!
Can somebody help me out? There has got to be places that are looking for people like me without making me invest before I get paid… right? HELP ME YAHOO ANSWER PEOPLE!!

I Need Help With Algebra?

i need help setting these up….ive asked everyone and almost nobody knows how….the teacher’s always busy
1.) the sides of a triangle can be represented by three consecutive even numbers. if the first side is increased by 1 and the second side is decreased by 1, the triangle becomes isosceles and has a perimeter of 30 in. find the length of each side of the original triangle.
2.) mark is 10 years younger than larry. larry’s age in 8 years will exceed twice marks age 3 years ago by 4 years. how old is each now.
3.) mr. west drove his car from home to chicago at the rate of 40 mph. and returned at a rate of 45 mph. if his time going exceeded his time returning by 30 minutes, find his time going and his time returning.
4.) tom, dick, and harry weigh 50, 85, and 120 pounds. respectively and use a 12 foot plank for a teeterboard. tom sits 5 feet, dick sits 4 feet, and harry sits 3 feet from the fulcrum on the same side. how far must a 200 pound friend sit from the fulcrum to balance them?
5.) find 4 consecutive even integers such that the sum of the third and fourth exceeds 1/3 of the first by the sum of the first and third.
6.) a sum of $3,500 is invested in two parts. one part brings a return of 5% and the other a return of 8%. the total annual return is $250. find the amount invested at each rate.
7.) how many pounds of seed worth 60 cents a pound must be mixed with 300 pounds of seed worth 35 cents a pound to produce a mixture worth 50 cents per pound?

Its easy to see that the financial world of the last eighteen months has not been too trusting. Tax lien certificate sales basically comes in two forms: 1) Tax Deed OTC Lists and Tax Lien OTC Lists. If there are homes that have gone into foreclosure, the county takes possession of the title to the deed and puts the home up for auction. If the home does not sell at auction, you can purchase the Tax Lien after the redemption period has started. You can ultimately foreclose on the home if the lien is not paid. If the lien is paid, you get your money back plus interest.

Tax Deed certificate sales can be purchased from the county for the delinquent taxes after the redemption has expired. You are free to sell it, fix it up and sell, etc.

Reputable organizations will have lists of properties in foreclosure all over this country and the world. Since this sort of investment is pretty mind boggling, they are here to help you. Of course, you have to pay an entry fee to join their organization, but the promise of high returns on your investment is pretty high. One organization promises a trial return profit of 1000% on your $200 investment. Others promise that some land goes for as low as $1000 and houses for as low as $5000. The Internet is full of organizations and clubs who offer to help you to invest your money. Others insist you go to someplace like Schwab, or to a local investor. It is your money, you have worked hard to earn it.

Tax lien certificate sales is a good way to make some good money, but be cautions, and be sure you are confident with your investor before you invest all of your money into one fund. Good Luck.
